Rail and intermodal

Investment in rail and intermodal logistics remains a top priority for the Group.

As well as significant investment in the past three years Eurogate has an ongoing commitment to continue this investment in the future.

In 2005 GetRail in Belgium, which fulfils rail requirements for clients across the Group, was established as part of the Eurogate network.

Eurogate Budapest plays a major role in rail and multimodal shipments to and from the FSU.

Key elements of our rail services include:

- intermodal road / rail / barge / shortsea services
- door to door collection and delivery
- sourcing of specialist equipment
- inland waterways connections to all major European and Russian ports
- through services using Trans-Siberian and Trans-Caucasian routes
